SAYAS started as an idea for a side-project since “Nick Boerrigter” and me “Tom Landkroon” both played in a thrashmetal band from Enschede.
We tried to find new members to join in but we couldn’t really find anyone that was managable to do the job for guitar and drums.
So we decided to put the project on the pile of ideas and never really thought about it again.
Later on “Tom Sewalt” joined our thrashmetal band and he actually had the skills we were looking for.
A couple years and alot of shows went by. But we couldn’t make the music we loved so much and that kind of frustrated all of us.
After the break-up with the Thrashmetal band i asked “Nick Boerrigter” if he was interessed in picking up “Sayas” again. To see what we can bring to the table.
“Nick Boerrigter” kind of accepted the idea directly and he was so locked in with “Tom Sewalt” as rhytmic duo that he told me to consider asking “Tom Sewalt” to do drums for Sayas aswell. Since the skill and dedication was there.
So 1 week later we asked “Tom Sewalt” to join Sayas on drums. “Tom Sewalt” happily accepted the offer and thats where we started all over again.
So Sayas officially started in 2019 with the aim to set a groovy, progressive and atmospheric tone within the extreme metal genre.
We are ready to show you all what we have been cooking!
NEBELSTØRM is a Dutch atmospheric black metal band founded in 2025 by three like-minded souls: Jesse Peetoom, Stefan Terlouw and Tim Kramer.
Driven by a shared fascination with misty landscapes, introspective darkness, and sonic oblivion, they began forging music that is both relentlessly heavy and ethereally melancholic. Their sound is layered: heavy, repetitive riffs loom like dense smoke curtains, while Stefan’s heavy bass parts are deep and trembling with a drive that cuts through the mist like echoes from a forgotten world. Jesse’s guitar playing and vocals build slow melodies that unfold gradually, like the first light through an autumnal haze with a tail of screaming reverbs. Tim’s drumming holds it all together, pulsating and deep, with a preference for atmospheric build-up over technical virtuosity, creating a thundering drum work that resembles thunder between misty mountains.
NEBELSTØRM’s performances are more rituals than concerts. Shrouded in smoke and minimal lighting, the band often literally disappears into the mist on stage, their silhouettes only vaguely visible as the music induces an almost trance-like state. The audience is immersed in a world where time fades and only the feeling of chill, darkness, and ecstasy remains. Although the band consciously remains independent of labels and commercial influences, they distribute their music through digital platforms and exclusive physical releases (often on limited-edition cassette or vinyl). Each work is an incantation, a snapshot of inner turmoil and natural transience.
NEBELSTØRM is built on mist, melancholy, and pure artistic conviction. In a world that is constantly getting louder, NEBELSTØRM whispers in stormy silence.
KHAOTIX originates from the South Holland and Utrecht area in the Netherlands. They originally started out as a 4-piece thrash metal band of which 3 were old high school friends. After struggling for a while with various line-up changes, they finally started performing live shows in 2018. One year of gigging went by, and the band decided they had to up their game and find a new frontman.
During the covid pandemic, the band found their main vocalist turning them into a 5-piece band. They spent this time writing new music and practising for many hours to get ready to hit the stage again. The work has paid off, Khaotix now gives an intense live show filled with energy and aggression. The responses thus far have been nothing but positive.
The band has already released their first self-produced single(s) and will continue to write music. They’re looking forward to start recording their first full-length album.
